Return Policy

     Our top priority is customer satisfaction when it comes to the quality of our products and the functionality of the website to provide a proper online shopping experience. However, even beyond that, you decide to return a product, please be aware about our return policies that we present to you in this document.

 

Returns and Exchange Procedure

     If there is something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, please follow the next guidelines: 

  1. You have 5 natural days from the date you received the product to send us an email to hello@tre.land with your refund request. Any comment you think helps us to improve our products is welcome!
  2. Send the products to the address:

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TO THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING OF RETURN

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (not be cleaned or damaged in any way), with all accessories included in the original package.
  • The items must be with all original labels and packaging. 

 

Return costs

     You only will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. If you want to exchange the product for another item of our store, you also will be responsible for the shipping of the new item. In case the product is deemed defective, TRE assumes the entire cost of the return shipping and/or exchange. We trust in our clients and their integrity!

     Please be aware at until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer responsibility. We strongly recommend that you send any item for return or exchange by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment. 

     Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the amount that will be credited to your account. Then, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     Please note that financial companies have their own times to refund the money once we make a refund requisition from our site. If you have any doubt about refund procedures of your credit card company, please contact them directly.
